MTF Staff Spotlight: Tracy Thomas Steps into New Role

We are proud to share that Tracy Thomas has been promoted to Operations Manager at The Metro Tech Foundation.

Many of you may already know Tracy from her work as Executive Assistant, where she has been a constant and supportive presence for the past 3.5 years. In her new role, she will assist with operations and oversee our student assistance programming, ensuring students receive timely support when they need it most.

Tracy brings a thoughtful approach to everything she does and her dedication to Metro Tech students and the foundation’s mission continue to make a difference. As our programs continue to grow, Tracy’s new position ensures we can meet student needs with care, consistency, and impact.

We are excited to see her grow in this role and grateful to have her on our team.
